Whats honge wit my baby

what is causing my 6 month old to have red spots on his face he has been doing this since he was born but all doctors say he seems fine he also gets a rash all over his body that sometimes goes with the red spots has anyone heard of this or know what to do

It might be infant acne. Not much you can do about it, it gets better. If you are giving your baby formula or other food besides breastmilk, your baby might have allergies as well. Are you feeding your baby cow's milk?
