Does anyone know of a good star gazing spot in the central Sierra Nevadas in California. I live in a light polluted city in the valley, and am so frustrated. I can't seem to find a campground with a big enough open area for my big telescope. I've been looking for a meadow or something pretty enough to bring the family for primitive camping.
