Watercolor by Norbert Lenz

I have what appears to be an old, framed watercolor (possibly a print) by Norbert Lenz. the watercolor features an old, condemned house. It was framed by Pirson Framing, on Prospect Avenue, in Cleveland Ohio. It is not the usual Cubist style associated with the Norbert Lenz I have been able to find information about. The signature is printed rather than signed in the bottom left hand corner. I wonder - can anyone enlighten me about the artist and his work other than the Cubist type he is famous for?

From what I gathered, Norbert Lenz was a commercial and fine artist he did a lot of caricature style art in a sort of cubist style but also a lot of traditional watercolor work. Signature in print might indicate a print or a lithography rather then an original.

If it's an original, it might be worth about 1000$ or so, a print might go up to a few hundred dollars or so. If you are interested in selling, I suggest talking to an art dealer.
