What is the name for the effect one gets when sitting in a vehicle and the car to the side of you moves forward and you see it out of the corner of your eye giving you the impression that you are moving backward? When in fact you are motionless. I don't think this qualifies as vertigo. Vertigo is the reeling sensation that one is about to fall.
