what is vanadium and can it hurt you?
How can one learn the truth by thinking? As one learns to see a face better if one draws it.

Vanadium is a soft silver-grey metal used in making some steel alloys. Its role as a dietary supplement is controversial, but it appears that some body-builders think it plays a beneficial role. Vanadium compounds have varying degrees of toxicity, but vanadium is not considered carcinogenic by the EPA. This page from Wikipedia has a lot on it- check the section under "Safety". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vanadium
It's a chemical element "V" and generally it's not harmful. Used in tools and chemical processing. For the information go to Wikipedia.org
