I have an oil painting, very old, probably from 1700's - 1800's, signed by V. Ulbrich. It shows a waterfront with houses and sail boats with red/brown sails, and some people with wooden shoes. Artist may be from the Flemish School of Art. A similar painting was being sold at an auction house several years ago. I want more info on the artist.
Does anyone know anything about this artist or how to find information on this artist?
