Could you please list some example of what is happening that is leading us in this direction? Besides the outcome of the election...I have not heard anything about list being made or conscriptions into private armies.Also your comparisians of leaders are implying that there will be Millions of Americans slaughtered...what info do you have that I do not? And where did it come from?

I hate disrespectful responses on this thing but your comments are so idiotic I can't hold it back.  What is with all of the people out there comparing Obama with Hitler?  Move to Canada and then try crawling back when you see the progress this new president has made 4 years from now.  What policy has he proposed that would have a negative impact on you personally?  Be specific.

I was asking for references also....instead of going on all night, could you please expand on the thought that Obama and Hitler used the same tactics? Or how about how Hitler and Obama both "brainwashed" the people? I have not found any evidence that Hitler used brainwashing. Misleading and lying yes, brainwashing , no. Also could you state a way that Obama is parinoid..Hitler I agree with as his drug abuse would atest..can you site a time that Obama has showed his parinoia? And if you can why would he not be with the racist post that you leave here. And the post M. Speigel leaves also...where are you Marcy. I am ready for my beating.

The problem is the Media, ie CNN and MSNBC.  Your asking for specific examples of Obama's actions or comments that demonstrate his solialist thinking and beliefs, However, by turning the question around:  What is his backround, experience or personal belief system? The press has failed due deliigence to be unbaised, to report on facts...  History, undistorted clearly shows Freedom, hard work and personal responsibility produce a stong and proporous country.  We need to protect our Freedoms-- Read the Constution and study the foundation on which it was crafted.  America is a beautiful nation- For All!

I agree that the media is biased...BOTH ways. That is why it is up to a good citizen to get its news from as many different sources as possible including foreign news services. As far as your disciption on hardwork etc....none of the past 4 presidents would fit that either. I have read the constitution....most of the things that have happenned to weaken it came under thae last president...And america is a country for all...read some of the post I have answered and judge for yourself who agrees with us on that.

The horrors Southern7162 notes really do take place around the world.  Uganda, Kenya, Mexico, Belize, Zaire, all have tales of murder, larceny, and corruption.  Police states oppress people. 

But friends, consider that Americans of both major parties and a dozen other parties will not allow it to come here.  No one wants that in America.  People still come to America to live free of violence and oppression.

Consider also that to date, America is the only power on earth to actvely promote peace and understanding around the world. 

Nixon sought out Mao Tse Tung in China, to reason with him about the need for gentleness in the Chinese government.  Chairman Mao listened, and his successor Deng Showpeng carried through with these humanizing reforms.

Carter brought Israel and Egypt to Camp David to settle their differences: they had enough in common to find a way to peace.  That saved many lives.

Reagan brought India and Pakistan to the negotiating table.  Before, they had been at the brink of war and fighting across their porus border could have gone to even greater madness.

I think it is better to think back on our successes than our failures in bringing peace to the troubled world.

Only when Christ returns will we truly beat our swords into plowshares, our spears into pruning hooks, and our hearts into instruments of solace.
