Trailor tires

I have a 35ft fifth wheel (tantum) axles, wieght 12000 lbs.  Keep blowing tires.  I buy the best tires I can get from Big O, they say that 4 ply is the most that is made.  Afreind says there are ten ply trailor tires???.  Can you tell me the best tire to buy for the weight and what store will sell it.
