Toy Poodle has skin mites

My two year old Toy Poodle has been up all night I think he has skin mites he has scratched his skin untill it is bleeding. I have tried to give him a warm bath, Sergeant's ear mite and tick treatment, also I put a small amount of Miconazole Nitrate Vaginal Cream 2% on him I just did not know what else to try until I can get him to a Vet Monday
