Toxic mold

I have redish brown water leaking from my roof now foe3 days landlord doesnt think it is a priority. My room has awful order, rugs are soaked my 5 year old son my husband and I all have to sleep in their. I cant find a # for someone to check for toxic mold for the san fernando valley. I cant afford to pay for someone to come out. i checked under california health services but it just explains how to do it yourself. Does anyone have a number i can call?
