Topcon tp-l1 lasar - need info

Topcon tp-l1 lasar.....Got this at a eatate sale, no paper work. Anyone knows what exactly this is? How it works? What its worth? Got it to come on (12vdc), red beam goes out, i can move the beam by touch of buttons.....Thats about it. Anyone?....Mike (Mb5444@aol.Com)
