It is difficult for me to modify tones from 214 to 21. So I use a very light voice to pronounce 21 or turn the falling-rising tone into the rising tone. How can I correct and pronounce?
They can practice with phrases, like h?o t?ng; h?o wán; h?o lèi; h?o ma. There are many occasions that the falling-rising tone is turned into the rising tone. It may be the falling-rising tone plus the falling-rising tone leading to the falling-rising tone plus the rising tone, or it may be the falling-rising tone plus the falling-rising tone leading to the rising tone plus the rising tone. It all depends.
