Thank you for the info. you gave on S.S. benefits.
MY question is that I became disable 5yrs. ago and started receiving S.S. disability benefits at much lower $ amount then if I retired at age 66 (I am born in 1945).
I still have 1year before I reach 66, so is there a way to get my higher S.S. benefit which I would have received had I not gone on disability earlear? as I hardly can make ends meet with my present income from the S.S.
Sincerely,
Melvin
