What does Oregon's telecommuting law say? Does the employer have to reimburse the employee for telecommuting expenses such as 2nd phone line used solely for business and an Internet connection used to access the companies Intranet? I am a full-time telecommuter and my employer has paid these expense for the last 14 years but has just recently said they will no longer pay them. I am wondering if Oregon has a law similar to CA whereby the employer must reimburse the employee for these expenses. Can't seem to find anything on the Internet about this but a friend of mine in CA said my employer has to pay her expenses. She is a full-time telecommuter in CA.
