took ATAS and passed it on February 25, 2006 - received score sheet but never did anything with it - now have been offered a job that requires Teacher Assistant Level 1 certificate. Is the ATAS test that I took in 2006 still valid?
Took through Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES on November 23, 1992 the workshop entitled "Coursework/training in Identification & Reporting of Child abuse and Maltreatment" Never submitted documentation but have it. Is it still valid and can it be used towards the requirements for TA Level I certificate?
Have High School Diploma - how do I enter it into my profile to fulfill requirements needed for TA Level I certificate?
I realize that I would still need to take the workshop School Violence and Intervention to be able to get my certificate.
ATAS exam taken and passed on Feb. 25, 2006 - if it is still valid and I fulfill all requirements needed how would I renew the certificate for 3 more years? I do have a job offer that requires TA Level 1 certification that I am suppose to start on Sept. 2, 2008.
Curiosity question - when I orginally took the ATAS in 2006 what were the requirements then to obtain a certificate - just a high school diploma and passing the ATAS?
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER.
