I hate to bear you bad news, but there is no such thing as an "Interior design course." There is no degree in such a flimsy art. It wouldn't be a good idea to create such a "program."
If you want to learn how to design a beautiful home or office, the course you had in mind is called, ARCHITECTURE!
Architects learn quite a bit about how to make buildings beautiful but "interior decorators" have to be the least tasteful and most dishonest people on the planet.
I hate to tell you how much crap contractors have to remove from homes, that decorators "designed" and building inspectors condemned as unsafe.
Now, I can tell you about designing an attractive home, because I am in the legitimate study of building beautiful homes!
But for God's sake, please don't waste your time and money on gypsy fortunetellers and interior decorators.
