Does anyone know if Parker Drilling(PKD) is a good stock to sell or hold?
i have had really good luck with stock scouters advice. about 90% success rate. word on the street says congress doesn't want to lift ban on new drilling. but people want the ban lifted. if that happens this stock should really well.
