I would set the white balance to kelvins or do a custom white balance. I would not recommend auto wb.
As for the focal settings I would set it to auto focus and shoot with an iso of 400
I would set your camera to allow you to set the shutter speed at around 125 and have the camera decide the aperature. I would also recommend a flash, although any thing too far away isn't going to be affected, it will help as a fill light for those closer shots. Hope this helps.
