I want to form a group , like scouts but not scouts (for kids with disabilities like autism and auditory processing disorder) to go in relaxed enviroment and do things other kid's get to do in clubs and scouts etc. Like scouts but without the stress of trying to fit in and fall in line. Does anyone know what I would need to do to form such a group- like does it need insurance and is there some sort of paperwork, etc?
