I am on a soft diet due to dental surgery and I need some good nourishing food any ideas please ?
I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.
Here is the answer to your question.
How about peanut butter and milk on soft bread (like Wonder Bread --it's soft)? Would that stick to your teeth? Pancakes or corn fritters; they're pretty soft. Mashed potatoes. Cheerios cereal with banana slices. Fish -- all kinds. Filets mostly. Are grapes too hard?
