Social Security number Seach

I need to find a social security number to collect a debt.  Every site on line is a verification whereby I have to enter a number and it will confirm it.  I don't have a number, rather I have only the person's name and address.  Any ideas?

Instant Person-Just add coffee.

You won't find it.  Think about this,  if the SSN's were available on-line, anyone could pull them up and use them for any reason, including identity theft.  You might take the person to small claims court, which is fairly cheap and does not require a lawyer.
