I am an "outsider" as many of you who move from a city into a tight knit small town.In being so my family has to deal with idiots(my opp.).My question is,"Who do you contact when the "City" charges you out landish rates on your bill, they don't even comply with thier own web page,nor will they work with you or allow ANYONE to rent your house in fear that you might be living there."
