Help, Help,
Dear Eric, my husband and I are in our 70's and we need help so badly, we live in a 35 yr old trailer 14x72 and it is slowly falling apart, our floor in the hall way , you step in a hole, the septic we had sucked out but still stop's up, the walls inside are full of mold, also the window's turn green from the moisture, we really need help remodeling with what problems we have but do not have the money for home improvments, the only good thing is our front porch , but our son tried to put a roof on the deck and it leaks worse than having no roof, we need a complete make over and it is paid for but a trailer, can you help us so that we do not have to get out due to so much molding...
