Shortened visitation, disparaging remarks

Two issues I have with my sons' mother. He lives with her in another state, and everytime she sends him for his visitation with me, she schedules the return flight earlier than she should, leaving me with a shortened visit. We have a specific clause in the Parenting Plan which does not allow his extracurricular activities to supercede my time with him, but she ALWAYS ignores it. Also, there has been evidence of disparaging remarks being made about my fiance and I in front of the child. Are these contempt issues?

THAT WHICH DOESN'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER.

Bull. Reality is, it will usually hurt like hell and leave you with a permanent limp.

The failure to follow visitation procedures is - her making remarks isn't but if you can document it, it will not please the judge. you need to hop down to the lawyer's and request a visitation review. You need to get all your ducks in a row first - meticulously document EVERYTHING - record all conversations with her, get everything in writing, save everything - send all letters to her via. registered mail. Why don't you arrange the flights ? You pay for them, correct ?

I do not pay for the flights. They used to live in the same city as I do. I fought her move to another state, but the judge allowed it with the condition that she pay for his travel to get to me and back. The visitation has already been reviewed numerous times through mediation, and so the visitation is clear. It states that in odd numbered years, I am to get my son the day before Easter, and the visit concludes the Sunday after Easter. The mother erroneously set his return flight on Saturday instead, and then flat out refused to change it. Interesting note: During one of my sons' conversations with his Mother, he asked her why he had to come home a day early, and she stated that he had a soccer game to play. In the past she denied vistits completely due to extracurricular activities. I had a detailed paragraph inserted into the Parenting Plan to protect me from these extracurricular activities, and apparantly she is now ignoring that. I have also learned this morning that he was removed from the school he was enrolled in back in March, and she did not inform me of this. I requested that information via email and she refused to give that info. as well. Help
