Hi Curtis, How do I make creamy garlic sauce sauteed shrimp and Filet mignon tequila steaks? I had them both at Las Brisas in Laguna Beach and they served on top of the filet a tequila sauce it was so rich and flavorful. It seems like when I make a sauce at home it dont have that exquisite chef taste. What is the main or key ingredient that goes in sauces that makes them taste so so good? Whats the base or main ingredient? Im so lost when it comes to making sauces, creamy sauces or homemade gravies. Help
