Its called puberty everyone goes through it, if you don't know already its when your body starts changing and not only does your body but so does the hormones inside you.  So because of the hormones you can get really moody and it can be a hard time, but it will pass.  It was really hard when I went though it I got depressed by the time I was in 8th grade, but Religion, support of family and friends, music, and sports got me out of the mess.  Don't worry about it, you are normal.  Its good to think though, you should take out some time and just put it to thinking and then when you get to hang out with your friends you wont want to because you already had.

Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

Dinobot is correct, it is most likely due to puberty and the hormone changes that are involved as your body matures.

My son had very similar feelings - he would be furious one minute and near tears the next. So you can relax, you're perfectly normal and time will cure your symptoms.

I will just add that IF you feel as though your moods are getting worse or you are afraid you can't handle things, then you should talk to your parents and ask them to make an appointment for you so you can talk everything over with your physician. S/he should be able to reassure you that you're normal and give you some suggestions on how you can maintain your emotions on a more even keel.

Meanwhile, you might want to do a little research on line. Knowledge is power! Here are a couple of sites to get you started:

YOU GET WHAT YOU SETTLE FOR...........

This is very normal, i have three boys. It's puberty you're growing up.

Life always has a few bumps but sooner than later they all smooth out. Maybe you can talk to your father or an older male role model that you trust and  Please Make sure your mother approves.
