Rockwell Painting

I have a painting or print on canvas stretched over a frame of 3 umpires looking up and it is raining it is sighed by Norman Rockwell on the back of the frame in a circle motion it says Wolsey Co. Industry and number 11 in the center How do you tell if it is a painting or print if it is real or fake  and is it valuable

Dear Johnny,

It is impossible to either give you a valuation or to tell you whether the painting is real or fake without seeing it so I suggest that you take it to an art dealer or to an art museum if you have one in your vicinity and get it valued by an expert.
