Can i be charge with robbery,armed w/dangerous - weapon if there were no weapon?

If there is no evidence of a weapon being present at a crime, then you cannot be charged with being 'armed with a dangerous weapon'. That is not to say that you cannot be charged with just robbery.

 

my sister was charge and spend 6 days in jail and 30 days on house arrest and got pobation for one year but there was no weapon ,what can be done

I suppose she can put through an appeal, but if she was charged with robbery and convicted, then she most likely will just have to serve her time. She would have probably had to do more or even be in prison if she had had a weapon.  However, whether there was a weapon or not, she still committed a crime, so unfortunately as they say, "you do the crime, you do the time".
