Remove Whirlpool ice maker front cover

whirlpool refrigerator ice maker front cover removal, model GC5SHEXNB00, SIDE BY SIDE.

I see at the bottom of the bezel two slots for a flat blade screwdriver. Do you put it in and twist? Then what? I understand I have to remove it to replace the ice guide, or do I?
