Can I get my deposit back on a rental house? I changed my mind and did not sign any lease. Property Management refuses to give back. I live in Las Vegas, NV.
you can get your deposit back if the landlord has rented the unit, if he hasn't you probably will not be successful. if the landlord has rented the unit and lost no rental income, and still refuses to return your deposit you can take him to small claims court
