How do I get a refund from Ashley Furniture Store.? I paid a delivery charge on June 3, 2009 for a sofa we purchased. We were told that if we paid for delivery and then decide to pick up the furniture on our own the store would refund our delivery charge to us. We picked up the sofa on July 7th and I requested my refund and I still have not received it. I have called the Union Deposit Road Store in Harrisburg, PA, but no one has returned my calls and I have not received my refund of $49.00 and this is October 27th.
