what is tahini and other ingreients for raw food eaters I see alot of ingredients in recipes that I've never heard of.

Tahini is a sesame paste that is used in middle eastern countries. Humus usually has tahini in and you can also have it as a dip or dresssing by itself. It comes as a dry powder that you add water to or you can buy tubs of it. You need to find a middle eastern or kosher food store.
