More Questions For Obama Why Doesn't Your COLB Look Like The Other Hawaiian COLB's?

This was brought to the attention of the Supreme court and they did nothing to expose it or deal with it, in fact every lawsuit that has been brought to the court demanding to see Obamas records has been dismissed. Anything Obama is doing now or since he has been in office will be null and void if he is proved to be a usurper. Health care will be a mess to unravel and reverse and the trillions he has given out to various pork and stimulus packages will never be recovered, including the 8 billion he gave as a gift to Acorn. Everything this man is doing is against the rules of the constitution including getting into business with auto companies  Banks etc. It is not the place of Government to be in business  nor to make a profit which Obama boasted of with a bank payback, that is illegal as far as the constitution is concerned. The partnerships with America are against the constitution. Every congressman and Senator has to taken an oath to protect its citizens and to uphold and protect the constitution, they have not done that and they should be expelled from office. Many of them hold membership in the CFR which is a globalist group that also wishes to change the face of America, I should think it would be easier to leave if they don't like it here and maybe they need help doing that.

The "Birthers" are not a bunch of crazies, they are constitutionalists and there is nothing wrong with that. We should all protect the constitution and not let Obama hand this country over to the UN who plan on using their own constitution instead of ours, where we should think of them as members of our family.

Please reconsider your stance on President Obama, he is now getting ready to take his family to Hyannis port on a very very expensive vacation, this in light of the fact that people out there are without jobs , homes and are barely able to support their family, is this who you want in the white house? How many hours as he spent in the oval office, all he does is take the Presidential plane around the world, with his whole family including his Mother in law and nanny, he is arrogant and he apologizes to anyone who will listen about America being arrogant, how does this look to the people he is apologizing to?

We are not crazy or right wing whackos, I am not a Republican or a Democrat, I am an independent and we have to demand to see his records and if he refuses to produce them he needs to be removed for the safety of this country. He has his own agenda and he shouldn't be there. He is very unhappy with the way America is and he wants to change it, not for the better, yet like most leftists/marxists/communists, they are getting their moneys worth out of being in the white house and enjoying all America has to offer including million dollar vacations.

Birth Abroad Out-of-Wedlock to a U.S. Citizen Mother: A child born abroad out-of-wedlock to a U.S. citizen mother may acquire U.S. citizenship under Section 301(g) INA, as made applicable by Section 309(c) INA if the mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of the child's birth, and if the mother had previously been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year.

Since Obummer's father was still married to Kezia, back in Kenya, and since there  is no  record of marriage between Stanley (Anna) and Obummer,  Sr, the statute I copied  seems to be what  is applicable. (but Obummer  will have to admit  he's a bastard,  with his mother bearing him out  of wedlock first).

Anyhow, if I am right (and I  really hate to say this),  Obummer might actually be a citizen.

Obamas Mother was underage, she couldn't have given him citizenship, she was only 17. This will explain what has to happen to have the birth certificate he needs, so far it hasn't happened.

I think a deal was  made before Obama became President that certain things that would be harmful to his career would never be made known. I think the whole bunch are crooks and some way or another were paid off or recieved special favors for cover ups. This will eventually be know and then the bull crap will hit the fan.Come time for the suppose to be "public officials" to be elected, is the perfect time to show how you feel about the way they helped Obama pull a scam on the American people.Don't relect them or anyone, anyway associated to them.Obama's grandmother said that she got a call from her daughter telling her that she had just given birth to Obama in Kenya and they turned around from their trip and returned to Hawaii, I believe the grandmother, why would she lie about that.I don't think she realized how important her  statement at the time would be.I think they probably have a expert forgery birth certificate being made as we speak.What does Obama have to lose? US (ChattahBox) - The case opened by US soldier Capt. Connie Rhodes has been thrown out by U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land, and Rhodes and her attorney have been threatened with sanctions if refiled.

Judge Land made it clear that he will refuse all future ‘frivolous’ lawsuits in this matter, and has chastised both Rhodes and her attorney Orly Taitz, who is a leader within the much ridiculed ‘birthers movement’.

According to his case summary judgment:

“(Rhodes) has presented no credible evidence and has made no reliable factual allegations to support her unsubstantiated, conclusory allegations and conjecture that President Obama is ineligible to serve as president of the United States.

“Instead, she uses her complaint as a platform for spouting political rhetoric, such as her claims that the president is ‘an illegal usurper, an unlawful pretender, [and] an unqualified imposter.’”

He also pointed out that in the various primaries, the campaign, and the final election there was plenty of time for people to come up with credible evidence against President Obama’s birthplace.

Rhodes has been accused in the past of using her case as a means of escaping her tour duties in Iraq, though this is doubtfully the actual reasons behind her lawsuit. However, the case is now over, and she faces legal consequences if she files within the same district again.
