What do you think about a person who hates ...

What do you think about a person who hates religion and strict rules? Thinks love relationships are complicated? Loves his/her independence? I call them a free spirit! :D Do any psychological ideas come to mind or no? I consider them to be non-conformists and free spirits because religion and relationships IS complicating.

The diagnosis that comes to mind as a possibility would be Avoidant Personality Disorder especially in regards to the ideas about relationship.  It is very common for disfunction to be named "Cool" in our society.  Of course, we are just surmising here... much more would  need to be known.
