Prednisone and Periods

I was put on prednosine for poison ivy. While on the prednisone my period was very light..only a day or so. I am now off of the medicine, but my breast are extremely tender and I feel bloated all the time, and can eat at any hour! I am not due to start my period again until around the 17th. Pregnancy is a possibility, but I was wondering if maybe it could be my period coming earlier since it was so light last month. Any info would be great. Thanks!
