Placement of Registration Mark in nonstandard phrasing

Dear Yedda mavens,

I have the following sentence in a document, and am not sure of the placement of the Registration mark, the r inside the circle. The sentence reads:

But with MiddleOak*'s comprehensive "Worlds Apart*" Apartment Insurance Policy...

Is this correct? I have substituted asterisks for the mark.

Thanks so much for a quick reply, if possible, as I am on a short deadline.

Thanks for your suggestion. The first part agrees with what I thought, and the second part makes sense; I had no idea how to do that neatly so your answer is quite good. I will save this for future reference when dealing with the same or similar questions on marks.
