Physician Assistant Schools in Great Britain -- or --Fresno County, California.

I am trying to find a Physician Assistant School -- or --training in the Fresno County, California area. Also, what are general prerequisites for P.A. programs? Via Google, etc., I keep getting directed to "medical assistant" courses--I've already been there, done that . Additionally, I'm looking for P.A. programs in Great Britain.... Thank you in advance for your help!
