PATERNITY,
When a child is born out of wedlock, and their is no father's name on a birth certificate and after 30 years can a man be held liable for child support if he is found out to be the father via DNA testing?
Again, I would think that the answer is no. After 30 years, the child does not need support anymore. However, like I said before, I would ask a lawyer to be sure.
Smile, it's contagious!
If child now an adult has lived as a dependent due to physical or mental disability all his/her life he/she may be eligible to claim support for his/her lifetime or until the estate is depleted of all funds.
