Paternity

Paternity,

If a father was never named on birth certificate and the man dies, can the adult child Still seek Paternity? along with that can he/she sue for child support or the dead mans assets that the child feels he/she should be entitled too?

This is probably a question that you should be asking a lawyer. I would assume no, but I could be wrong.

Caxie is correct is recommending you seek the services of a lawyer.  First of all, the dead man's assets might already have been distributed and secondly, how would DNA results be obtained?   Logically, I would think not, but with the court system these days, it wouldn't hurt to try if you think the man had enough assets to receive after paying lawyer's fees.
