I am assuming the world got used to complaining about certain countries while others behavior is left as is. There is no moral rules for the world one country can do as it feels while the other is accounted for all the trouble of the world.

I am also assuming that certain cultures don't believe in freedom of speech and are afraid to protest it also is a matter of how the media shows Pakistan the country and value of its civilians lives.
