Owning a Second Home

My home is being foreclosed, but I am on the deed for another, but not on that mortgage.  Will that second home be in jeopardy?

If your home is being foreclosed the financial institution feels that you owe them money. At this point they will be searching into any other property or things of value in your name that they can place a lean on (or take) either way anything of value in your name is in jeopardy.  By law they have to leave you with basic transportation and if you have a legal owner on your car they cant touch that. Do you owe on the other home? is it worth much more than you owe on it?  If it does they will probably come after it!
