Am I allowed to return to Mali if I overstayed my visa? I was there for work on a 5-day visa in 2005 but got delayed on return to the airport. I was there for 7 or 8 days in the end. At the airport I had to pay an "expired visa fee" to the officials (i.e. bribe) for them to let me leave the country. Would it be possible to get another visa for a return trip?
