My used Ford 2003 Ford Focus's 'OD/OFF" light came on about a week ago, then goes off when I start the engine...the manual is almost nonsensical to try and understand....I get the impression it should be ON when driving highway, but never in all the time I've had the car (2 years) has this light come on! Why is it doing it now? I do city driving almost all the time, with out of town trips about 5 times a year, of a round trip of 150 miles...so what gives?
