Ovalocytosis leading to Acidosis?

I have mtDNA-F1a3 which is geneticlly southeast asian. I have had ongoing Proteinruia(30mg/dl,random), Urine Creatinine(165.9mg/dl), Red Blood Cells(0-5) in my urine, Urobilinogen(1.0 EU/dl), Urine Clarity(1 or 2 ), Red Blood Cells(4.14 10^6/ul) or (4.62 10^6/ul), Hemoglobin(12.1gm/dl) or (13.4gm/dl), Co2(30.8mEg/L). Can someone please tell me if I have Metabolic Acidosis and/or Respiratory Acidosis??? And, if I might also have the Southeast Asian's Ovalocytosis???
