Outer Abdominal Fistula?

I have some pain in my middle right side. It is also itching. Now I am noticing some redness in a circle around it. I have Crohn's disease but have never had an outer fistula. Does anyone know what the early symptoms of an outer abdominal fistula are? Also does anyone have pictures of one? Thanks so much...Sissy..
