Orange tree leaves difigurement

What will cause an orange tree leaves to twist and disfigure on a 3 year old tree? There are only about 6 leaves todate that are affected. The tree is about 3 feet high and the affected leaves are about 2/3 the way to the top, all on the main branch. The tree was started from seed.

citrus trees are susceptible to a number of pests. check the leaves for brown scales. they are usually on the mid veins of the leaves. they also can get aphids and ctrus mealy bugs. they may make the new growth come out contorted. also i think that exposure to cold temps might cause that, as well. citrus usually do not come true from seed, unless the fruit was from an open pollenated plant. if it was a hybrid, you may just wind up with a sterile tree that has thorns and doesn't ever produce fruit. hope this is helpful.
