I have an ex police vehicle and they told me today at Midas that in order to see where the oil is leaking from they have to take off the plate underneath the car to see where the oil leak is. Is this something we can do ourselves they wanted to charge 100.00 or does anyone else have any idea how to check for oil leak, seems like after the oil was changed it stopped leaking but there is alot of gunk under the engine. any advice I appreciate it
