I fear what we have in the Obama Administration is something far more neferious than just racism. The party which claims that it is for"Inclusion and Transparency and Change", is really one of "Division,Illusions, and Thuggery".
To have problems of discrimination in America, be it based on race, gender or age has existed in on form or another. But, it has ALWAYS been distained by those in power (at least publicly, in their administrations and actions).
However, the Obama administration through their policies and pronouncements continually pit one American against another publicly and deliberately!
Be it by pitting young against old as in the Health Care Bill. Here is an excerpt from a posting from Lori on this blog,
"As a parent, I would prioritize my childs health and care over mine, guess what I would prioritize my children over my 70 yr old parents or my 91 year old grandma,"...Lori on YEDDA. Why should we have to choose when this HR3200 is supposed to be for Health Care for everyone? Because even those who support it know it is NOT. The old will be sacrificed for the young!
Why pit young versus old?
The redistribution of wealth. Pitting rich against the poor. This is an interesting approach, by Obama. Considering that the Obama administration orchestrated the bailout of Goldman Sacs ,( a huge contributor to the Obama campaign) to the tune of billions of dollars, demonized them publicly but privately, allowed Goldman Sacs to pay billions in bonuses, despite having an "Executive Pay Czar "who is supposed to control such blatant outlays of cash to those who were bailed out by taxpayers! But Obama still plays the rich against poor card every chance he gets!
And,finally, the black against white card. For some reason there are those Obama supporters who feel that just because there are black Americans who don't agree with Obama's policies they are racist, and need to be taught a lesson! An excerpt from what happened to a black man who was selling flags at a Russ Carnahan town hall meeting in St. Louis, where he was beaten by SEIU thugs, supported by the DNC. I must believe they are supported by them because the SEIU do not support Republicans, and the Democrats or Obama have not spoken out against them.
"Although he was too weak to speak after his beating on Thursday, black conservative Kenneth Gladney attended the event. Kenneth was beaten, kicked and called racist names by Russ Carnahan's SEIU supporters after a town hall meeting on Thursday."
It is interesting that Obama could jump right into the Gates issue,(another race baiter), and put his Presidential opinion out there, but on this issue where a man was physically beaten, says absolutely NOTHING!
The Obama adminstration and the Democrats thrive and survive by pitting one group of Americans against another. And they will slam the Republicans, Independents, Conservatives and anyone else as being closed minded and divisive.
Astroturf? Maybe but once, Astroturf is put in place it stays forever!
