Sorry, couldn't resist: it's one of my pet peeves; but, to your credit, you DID say both "water heater" (correct) and "hot water heater" (incorrect) lol. Seriously, SMITH has been making water heaters for longer than I have been around ( and that's a fairly long time ). Smith makes a lot of larger commercial heaters - it's a good brand. They may even produce heaters that are sold under other , better known brands - I'm not sure.
