Has concurrent use of Neurontin and Keppra been successful in controlling seizures that either drug could not control when used independently?
Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

It depends on the person.
I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.
My niece is using Topamax and Keppra for almost two years, and the results have been fantastic.
In the first place Keppra is not to be taken alone. It is always taken with another anti convulsant. Neurontin is not the strongest anti seizure drug i think but maybe your dr. is starting low and will change to a stronger medicine if you need it.

Just an FYI - Keppra is not always a piggybacked drug. My daughter has taken Keppra in the past as a solo drug (as well as a piggybacked drug); so it depends on the patient's needs and what the neurologist prescribes.
